ME: I am looking to hire 2-3 professional transcriptionists for an ongoing arrangement that will require less than 10 hours per week. Assignments may be very sporatic at times. I am offering a starting pay of $10/audio hour for the trial period, which will be a maximum of 5 transcriptions for my company, each of which will be corrected (if necessary) and returned to you for review so that you can gain a better understanding of what is required on our jobs. Once you have successfully completed your trial period, your pay rate will be raised to $12/audio hour. Additional payraises, if warranted, will be automatic to $15/audio hour if I find the SUPER STAR(s) that I am seeking, or may be requested at any time and we can discuss further. YOU: You are dedicated to working from home and providing excellent service to your hiring team(s). You have an EXCELLENT command of the English language, both written and verbal. Your typing speed is a minimum of 65 correct wpm and you are familiar with express scribe. You have a headset and foot pedal, or have ample experience transcribing without the pedal that it does not slow you down at all. Furthermore, you thrive under the pressure of deadlines. You take your work seriously and are mortified by the thought of letting your hiring manager down. You will do whatever it takes to completely fulfill your commitments within the scheduled timeframe.
