What I need or require: need to develop a web application which allow people to make an account in our website where this account could allow some one to make a dedicated file folder in his/her PC and our website, and whenever this person put in/put out a file in the file folder, it is automatically synchronized with the folder in our website What I already have versus what the provider will deliver: this will be a new website with "localized" web application, I need full design done, to include provided logo and colors. I already have all the copy-writing for the site done Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: I need a simple and easy design for the website Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: cloud application developer, experience with paypal integration is an added plus Timeframe for delivery: I need to have the rough outcome at least within 3 months Keywords: Other Web & Programming, Service, Web, Amazon, Java, .NET
