Architect needed for a Vocation home | Elance Job
Dear eLance Architects, I am looking to build a Vocation home and need to put my ideas on legal architectural drawings that are up to speck with the Icelandic government issue housing standards. All information, material used that are required by law will be provided as well as my own illustrator sketched floor plan. The material used in general is as followes: - Concrete base - House will sit on a concrete stone surface that is aprox 1m deep into the soil - All structural beams will be made from wood, apart from the Concrete base - Icelandic Building Code in English provided - Example drawing of an accepted building in similar category will be provided - Size of the house is aprox 120 to 140 sq meters - 3D drawings or representation of how the house will look from the outside are needed. - Inside floor plan An certified local electrisian will draw up the electricity as well as a Structur...
