I have a fairly complex website I need created, and I'm hoping oDesk will provide the perfect candidate to do so. Here are some of the components you'll need to incorporate: 1. Multiple levels of chatting capabilities, including video to video, text to video, and text to text. 2. The ability for a minimum of five chats to be going on at the same time. 3. The ability for people to hold an account and save the chats they have in their account for reference in the future. 4. Payment options for creating an account and/or chatting with someone. 5. Text acceptance in multiple languages for the chat. There are other components to the site, but the ones above are seemingly the most complex. I would prefer to work with someone who has experience with design and programming so I do not have to seek out a designer on top of a programmer. I don't know what I should expect to pay for this type of job, so you tell me what you would work for. You must be communicative with me about your progress at all points in time, and I need someone who speaks English well enough to understand what I need. I look forward to seeing your applications.
