Create 22 separate graphics (color cartoon)in JPG format. The audience will be children so the colors of the graphics would need to be appealing for kids within the age ranges 2 to 12 years old. Familiarity with the Tagalog language is preferred. Upon agreement of this job the graphics will be purchased from you outright. This means I will be the sole owner of the graphics and no future royalties will be paid. We are looking to fill position as soon as possible.
