Fixed task scheduling problem (cron jobs)

I run cake PhP on a LAMP environment. I just had Post Affiliate Pro (affiliate tracking and management sofrware) integrated into my website. I am trying to get a feature to run that allows recurring commissions to run by use of cron. Everything was set up according to the directions. (I paid to have the software installed by the Post Affiliate Pro technical team). However, I am still not able to activate any features in Post Affiliate Pro that require cron jobs. I need someone to look at the Post Affiliate Pro scheduled tasks command prompt, see what is causing it to not run correctly, and ultimately fix the problem and report what the cause was to me.
