Hi :) I'm looking for someone who can make this simple dress. I'd like it to be made out of cotton or some sort of sturdy jersey. I've included a really rough illustration (yay MS Paint!) of what I am looking for in terms of shape since screen shots are hard to come by. The gray dashed line in my illustration represents where I'd like the waistline to fall, so a bit higher than typical to suit my shape. Also, I'd like the skirt portion to be a full circle skirt because I plan on wearing a petticoat. I can provide every single measurement necessary to get a perfect fit and to ensure no love is lost on the project to whoever is a taker.
