Customer service and translation in German
We are looking for a person with good organization and language skills. The person will be responsible for expanding our business in German speaking countries. Primary focus will be translation from English to German / customer support but also helping with other aspects of managing online business - e.g. testing, design or business development. Essential skills: - German - immaculate writing - English - good command of speaking and writing - previous customer service experience Optional skills: - technical background - e.g. know how to administer Windows PCs or some programming skills - copywriting expert - e.g. know how to write a great headline or sales copy in English / German - web designer - basic understanding of web design / HTML Keywords: Technical support
