This is a writing project that involves researching the best bodybuilding tips for females. This information will be used by females who are wanting to become a female bodybuilder, or females who are currently doing bodybuilding and want some expert advice. This research will require you to do 2 things: 1) Research on the internet 2) Case studies of 5 female champion bodybuilders. ? Research on the Internet: With a bit of digging you’ll find lots of information available on bodybuilding websites. Just remember, it is important that the information you find is female specific. It is also important that the information you find includes a range of tips and advice on exercises, programs, diet, female hormones, supplements, lifestyle adjustments (time management, goal setting) and other important advice and tips for female bodybuilders. Please include any pictures or diagrams if need be to help explain the advice and tips. Please include the website addresses of where you get the information from. I'll take care of edits and proof reading. Case Studies: With a bit of digging you'll find contact details for champion female bodybuilders available on bodybuilding or similar websites. I will give you a list of questions I would like covered for each case study. You will need to find and interview 5 champion female bodybuilders and ask them the specific questions. It is important that the female bodybuilders you interview for the case study provide female specific advice. I imagine each interview will be about 30 minutes each. The interviews need to be recorded and of clear quality. I need them to be emailed to me in MP3 format. I’ll take care of editing.
