Overall I am developing a website on a Joomla CMS. The CMS is in place and a template has been purchased and modeled to the current requirements as a prototype. This template can be binned and started again if preferred or we can build on the template CSS to achieve requirements. A designer is part way through the site design with the primary look and feel complete. We are now drilling down into each menu item specing the functional elements. I need someone with great Javascript and CSS skills who can integrate with a Joomla CMS. I also need someone who has an eye for UI detail, who has a proven record for delivering great looking and working sites. Our first test projecct can be to replace the current holding page with the following. 1. Hires image to stretch to the height and width of the screen. The image will be provided. 2. 2 x hotspots within the page open and link to external sites. The links will be provided. 3. 1 x hotspot opens a register interest on the website. This needs to link to an underlying Joomla CMS/SQL database using a jooomla component. It will need to be dressed using CSS and I'd like it to pop-up in a lightbox above the site. 4.
