DOCMan 1.5 Custom Modifications
We are seeking some modifications to Docman 1.5 The purpose of this project is to allow users to remotely store important business PDF documents and be able to access them quickly. This can be accomplished easily with DOCMan core. We require mods to be done to the permissions, search and upload capabilities. Key development notes: Permissions Allow creators the ability to create PRIVATE subfolders/categories that can only be viewed by creator and viewers belonging to the same group. Submit Files Allow Admin to upload PDF docs to PUBLIC folders - each file needs to be indexed so the content of the pdf is searchable Allow creators to upload PDF (single or batch) files to specific PRIVATE subfolders and allow specific files to be viewed by specific VIEWERS. PDF Indexer had this capability specifically for DOCMan but was dropped... need someone that can redevelop or further develop Search engine Allow creators to search PUBLIC or PRIVATE folders - search results will need to display specific details in a summary format including some text contained within PDF file, and option to Preview pdf within lightbox or something similar...not using browser pdf plugin. Creators need to have the ability to assign a public file to a private folder ( copy file ) More project details to follow upon request. Please submit your estimated quotes to get started.
