Looking for creative, hardworking web developer to build new real estate website for Las Vegas, NV agent. Site will be 8-10 pages, including main page with logo and agents picture with short bio, listings page- homes for rent and for sale (must be able to link to MLS/ IDX portal system). Site will also include blog page, agent contact page, forms page (will include PDF files that are commonly used). Will have areas of specialty with pictures and descriptions of such areas. Partial Flash but mostly HTML so it comes up on google search engines and other search engines. site will have icons that will need to link to facebook, twitter, aim, skype, etc Someone extremely creative will be most important, a third party writer can be hired if english writing skills are not as strong as I'd like. Client is young Real estate agent that needs to be set apart from others- web site needs a WOW factor and needs professionalism mixed with the Vegas flare. Would also need someone that works well with photoshop to enhance pictures.
