I would like to have an emerald green long sleeve blouse made. I'm not fixed on any type of material, although silk, cotton, and chiffon are my personal favorites. I would like the blouse to have a neckline that is able to be tied into a bow. As seen in the first picture. However, I want it to have long sleeves that come in a little at the wrist Although I am pretty open to any suggestions. And the price could be negotiated! Thank You!!!!!
