Task, Duties, and Deliverables The following project is for the development of a series of backend systems for websites that can be open for modifications and be able to be applied to any website that uses the type of systems. The ideal provider should have experience with CMS (Expression Engine), Java Script, Ruby on Rails, PHP, ASP.Net, and other highly need software. The service provider should also have experience payment processing, e-commerce systems, social networking systems, and backend secured systems. Provider would be tasked to produce the following four platform back-end systems: 1. Back-End Development for Information/Blog/We Magazine Sites using Expression Engine as the foundation. 2. Back-End Development for E-Commerce Shopping Systems with Vendor Management System as well. 3. Back-End Development for Social Networking Development Core System to be applied to social networking sites and able to be adjusted to meet the clients demand. 4. Back-End Development for Trading Network Development of Core System to be applied to the network. System should be open ended so it can be adjusted to meet requirements. Duration & Compensation The project will have a development timeline of 90 days with specific deadlines for completion for each back-end system. Compensation for this project will have a lump sum however the fees for each system are broken down as follows: 1. Info/Blog/Mag Development  $2500 USD 2. E-Commerce Development  $4500 USD 3. Social Networking Development  $4500 USD 4. Trade Network Development - $4500 USD Total project compensation fee for the project is set at: $16,000 USD Policies, Procedures, and Requirements 1.Candidate must have the required skills need to preform all task and duties for the listed project. 2.Candidate must provide information about work experience to be considered for the position. 3.Candidates who provide unreasonable bids will not be considered. Please stay within market standards. 4.Candidates are paid for perform and deliverables not time spent on the project. Deliverables will be defined at award and cleared, and agreed to between us and Candidate. 5.Candidates will only be compensated in one lump sum once the project deliverables have been completed in line with the agreed deliverables in the project agreement. Client will not entertain advance monies paid to provider before work has been preformed. 6..All payments handle by our banking institution and are paid once complete, confirmed, and delivered all project requirements, items, and documentation, We do use bank transfer and Pay Pal. 7.Candidate is required to sign a Project Agreement and SOW (Statement of Work) Document and Product Development Secrecy Agreement Document to work with our organization.
