I'm looking for a custom Sailors Costume for Halloween! I'd like a knee length dress/skirt, that is sleeveless and shows off a bit of cleavage. Picture 1 (3 women in pic): Almost the exact style I'd want, but longer skirt, and lower cut top, back zipper closure, and the same bib length/style Picture 2: I like the lower half of this one...the stripes/design, and the tulle petticoat. Also, the tie from the bib. I'm looking to merge these two designs in my size for under $100.
