You need to be familiar with the Hunger Games books for this one. I could be any of the female characters - OR - this is lofty - I think it would be awesome to dress up as the cornucopia. That might cost more, but I'm fine with that (would have to be gold with some of the "items" sticking out - some kind of big thing I could just put over my head and put my arms out of?)
