Converting ACT! database to Salesforce
We are a team building company based in Sydney and Melbourne Australia. We are moving our CRM from ACT! to Salesforce Professional. Looking to start work asap. Status Quo - Currently using ACT version 10 - We have 3500 contacts - We are now in two states - We have four team members and this should soon be six/ seven - We have purchased Salesforce Professional and would like to go live with it on 15 September Features we currently use on ACT: - Storing contacts, addresses, emails, program details - Email and conversation history - Task lists - Templates Functionality we would like to build into Salesforce: - Creation of web to lead html code - Configuration of leads - Configure and transfer contacts - Setup Opportunities - Setup lead assignment rules - Link Google analytics with Salesforce - Setup dashboard and reports - Import of accounts and contacts including history - Setup email templates - Setup Microsoft Outlook Connect - Setup quoting system with our proposal document and quote pad - Setup emails from Salesforce.com for notifications and letters Although there will be a large chunk of initial work I would like to be able to continue to work with the person on an ongoing basis.
