I need a private website page that will not show up in search engines and requires a password to access. The website page will allow me to use a barcode scanner to input multiple barcode values into a text-box. Then the webpage will loop through the list of barcode values, input each value individually into a search bar of 2 different websites, and gather specific information about that product (ex. price, title, etc.) to be inputted into a table for analysis. Finally the data gathered needs to be sent to a database for later extraction to an excel sheet. I have an Excel VBA version of what I want done that can be used as an example. The project needs to be written in a language that can execute a large list in a very short amount of time. I would like it to be written in Python, PHP, or C# but preferably Python.
