We need a developer who has experience in using Java Eclipse and the Crystal Reports plugins for Eclipse. Specifically, we want to develop a simple proof-of-concept web application that would require the following: - Convert an existing Access database to MySQL - Modify as need an existing Crystal Report to work with the MySQL database; Optimize through adding indexes as needed - Create a simple Java Eclipse application that would do the following: 1. Allow a user to login through a webpage 2. Provide a report parameter to the Crystal Report based on the users permissions 3. Display the Crystal reports in either html, Excel or pdf at the users choice. This application does not need to be pretty but it does need to be functional. The purpose behind the application is to 1) prove that this can be done using Java Eclipse and Crystal Reports and 2) that you are our developer to create the beta and production version of the full application.
