I'd like a skirt similar to the one in this picture. My waist is 38 inches, so that one is -not- gonna fit me! :P I'm not going to be toooo uptight about the fabric, but I'd like it to be similar with these nice muted colours and floral-ish. I'd like for the part between the top of the waist and the start of the skirt to have elastic. I'd like it to be professional looking, no unfinished hems or anything.
