I am looking for a plain, satin covered guest book--ivory colored satin on the front and back covers (both inside and outside) and ivory colored pages. I have found a guest book online for $12, but the inside looks a but too cheap so I was looking for someone to make me a handmade one--looking very professional and higher quality than a mass produced one. I would like the dimensions to be close to 10" long and 7" wide (so it's set up like a landscape rather than portrait). I would also like about 25-30 pages, with either no lines at all or lines--I don't have a preference. I would like the first page when you open up the book to be blank because I have my own design I want to put on it. I would like the price I listed to include shipping as well.
