I am interested in a quote to design an iPhone 4 app with the following specs. - one intro splash screen - one screen with a sliding scale (put your finger on a pointer and slide it on a scale from 1 to 10 a tone coming out of the speaker would change as the pointer gets higher) the user input from this screen does not need to be saved - one screen that shows the image from the forward facing camera - one screen with large YES and NO buttons, each button blinks three times when pressed - one screen with six choices of sayings, as buttons, the user presses a button and the saying puts up and fills the screen for 10 seconds and then returns to the screen with six buttons.
