We are North Carolina; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for Professional Court Reporting and Transcription services. [A] Scope of Service: 1) The Contractor will provide professional court reporting and transcription services. 2) The Contractor will provide court reporting and transcription services for hearings and depositions conducted by the Department/Divisions at any location in North Carolina. 3) The Contractor must have prior experience in reporting and transcribing administrative hearings, depositions, and preparation of investigative and interrogative transcriptions. 4) The Contractor agrees to maintain a ninety-five percent (95%) minimum accuracy rate for transcripts. 5) The Contractor will simultaneously include with each written transcript a CD-R disc containing an electronic copy of the transcript in Microsoft Word format, PDF format, or other agreed upon format. 6) The Contractor must be able to timely deliver a copy of the digital audio recording in Microsoft audio .wav format.
