Hi there Here's a rare chance to work on a ongoings projects that are interesting and fun. We're creating many web applications that are really useful to users and involve interesting coding. We've created the documentation, have designers who can do mockups (but let me know if you can because that would help) and we're looking for a Senior Flash Developer to make these projects happen. This is a permanent full-time position, where I will be reliant on you to make things happen. Specifically, I'm looking for someone who can: - Work with a focus on getting results. This is a new project and there will be challenges and rewards. You need to be able to work through the challenges so that you can get a great result. - Build an application that will easily scale as we expect to get a lot of people using it. - Create stable code that works without drama. People will be relying on this application to work reliably and without bugs. - You'd only be reading this ad if you've had a lot of experience in Flash. You don't necessarily need any university qualifications, but you do need a solid track record of working on complex projects that involve Flash. This is not a role for beginners. That said, it is easy for someone who knows what they are doing. Ideally, I'm looking for someone full-time and this is my preference. However, I am open to working with a company.
