You must know English very well 2. You must have a very fast internet (we share screens all day via Skype) 3. Be willing to work 8-10 hours a day from 6am-2pm Florida time (eastern USA) 4. First month pay: $800 for 200 hrs a month + $40 to improve your internet working conditions. >> 2 + 3 month: $900 for 200 hrs. >> 5 + 6 month: $1,000 for 200 hrs >> 7th month and on depends on your performance so can reach $1,350 a month within the first year. 5. Bonus of up to 20% of your monthly pay (up to additional $200) 6. First pay right after first project or about a week and then twice a month when a project is done. 7. If you work less or more than 200 hrs a month you will be paid accordingly 8. During your shift you will have a high working ethics and concentrate only of the job with no interruptions.
