You should be experienced and fluent with PHP, CSS, XML, mySQL, JavaScript, LAMP, and be familiar with Drupal, Google Analytics, Google Website Optimizer, basic video encoding and hosting, and membership software such as amember or wishlist. As a member of our rapidly growing internet startup, you will be responsible for: -setting up new order forms for new product launches -setting up multivariate and A/B tests using google website optimizer -developing custom API solutions so that our CMS can communicate with our website, email server and customer database -managing our in-house email server, keeping deliverability high -basic video encoding and hosting -keeping everything running fast, efficiently, and smoothly. You should be available outside of normal business hours, as emergencies sometimes happen, and need to be resolved. This is a rare occurrence, but should be considered when applying.
