Hello, I have a list of IDs being scraped by someone and I would like messages sent to each ID. No friend requests or wall posts etc. ONLY the messages to be sent. I would like to test run for 10,000 IDs with a budget of $50 MAX. There is a possibility of a much higher budget if the project generates a high ctr/conversion rate. I am basically testing to see if this is worth doing. Please note that I am not considering bids above $50 so if your bid is higher, it will not be recognize.
