I'm looking for a dress similar to the one pictured for a Joan halloween costume. I'm on the low end of the plus-size spectrum and since this is just for a costume, it doesn't have to be very elaborate or durable. Color should be some sort of jewel-tone (I'm flexible) and not shiny. Would consider vintage as well. I have no idea if my desired price is even possible for a dress like this, so if you're rolling your eyes over the price let me know as I had no idea what to price it at.
