Produce an handmade item - Need someone to sew a tribal fusion bellydance PANEL SKIRT
I will try to describe this the way it looks in my head.... It is a basic 2 small squares sewed as a belt ... (i guess you would call it the belt of the skirt?) The belt part I would like to be black with white pinstripes and white laces tied on the sides... then the fringes I would like to have black and white. Similar to the style below, but not with the border... just a solid belt/panel of pinstripes.
