A web developer with at least 10 years for experience in web developing solutions, multi platforms know how and different operating systems infrastructure. Expert in ASP .NET, JAVA and AJAX, ODBC databases (Microsoft SQL, Sybase, and Oracle). we will not use MySQL We want to develop as a part time job a web application solution that can read data from the user computer display to the user several different graphs and store data in the user PC and in the server. This is a real time web application solution that will also include video streaming from the server to the client of a different content in real time. The solution will run on several servers that will be in cluster as a servers farm. The real time communication response time is critical for our project.
