We have an existing, high-traffic Ruby on Rails powered Facebook application, and we are looking to build out a destination website leveraging FB Connect. You MUST have experience using Git and preferably a github account. We appreciate a broad base of programming exposure but we’re interested in your RoR experience. We will need to see a code sample, so please paste one sample page of your RoR code to pastebin: http://pastebin.com/ then include the link in your application on oDesk. Without a code sample, your application will not be considered. Please provide a Github account, any technical blogs to which you have contributed, and personal development projects that you are proud to show us. Responsibilities • Create web applications using primarily RoR • Implement web interfaces with clean cross-browser HTML, CSS, jQuery and JavaScript • Work closely with other team members to define feature specifications • Build and help scale back-end services • Build reporting interfaces Requirements: • B.S.
