We are looking for an extraordinary and experienced Wordpress Developer to develop a new web project that will lead to full time work. Seeking someone with the following qualifications: - Experienced Web Designer with Wordpress template design and in Web 2.0 design skills. You should be artistic and creative and must be able to design a clean, eye-catching site that is compatible with multi-browsers. You must know how to build a SEO-friendly website and understand what makes both search engine and user-friendly. You should be well versed in customizing social networking sites and able to skin our Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIN, Facebook pages to match the main sites theme. Skills required: HTML, CSS, PhotoShop, Flash, Dreamweaver. - Knowledge of current WordPress Plug Ins and experience in Installing them-glitch free! - Experience with Logo Development. - Programming and Basic Server Admin Responsibilities. Skill sets required: PHP, MYSQL, C++, Java, Perl. Should be able to work within a Unix or Linux Operating System and have basic server admin experience with Apache. You need to be able to set up websites on our hosting platform. - Project Management Skills. Need to be able to work on deadlines and provide timelines of the buildout process. Ability to dedicate minimum of 20hrs per week to the project until it is brought to completion. It is O.K. if you have a full time job while taking on this project. We understand that need and need someone who is stable on their own, without needing this project to be your main source of income for now. If you have a full time job that only gives you a few hours of spare time to work on side projects, then this isn't for you. You will need to dedicate consistent working hours (M-S) that you will be available during. Flexible hours based on your needs, however they need to be consistent until the project is completed. - Mature, Responsible, Reliable and Disciplined - Local Las Vegas residency preferred. You will be working from home but we will want to get together once a week for progress meetings. Remote candidates outside of Las Vegas will be considered but must be able to be available for weekly live video meetings. The site creation will include Logo Development, Web Banners and Press Kit Materials. We have the template and WordPress theme already designed for the site along, with all the PSD files. You basically need to install it and customize the back and front ends it to our needs. We're not paying any deposits in advance. The last few times this was done, the project was never brought to completion and or the developer quoted a price and them midstream demanded twice as much. Unfortunately, too many people these days claim to be expert web designers, but many aren't what they say, and so we are not taking those risks. However, we are willing to put funds into escrow while you work. This will be a flat payment for the entire job. You will be paid 700.00 upon completion of the 1st Phase: Development Phase and 700.00 upon completion of the Second Phase: Testing phase. The time in between the two phases will be 15-30 days, depending on how the testing phase goes. We are also willing to negotiate a risk-free percentage of sales in lieu of payment, if you prefer. You will also receive a bonus for completing the project on time along with a contract for monthly maintenance and on-going work or we are also willing to negotiate a risk-free percentage of the sales in lieu of your monthly salary for on-going maintenance.
