I will need a wordpress plugin that has the feature of: - taking down customer contact information (name, phone, etc) - also customer's piping related problems (leaking pipe, toilet installation, etc) - The information they provided must then be automatically organized into a spreadsheet. - Also, once the customer submits the information, a notification must be sent to my email. Please find an existing wordpress plugin for this. Design of the site itself will be very simple. Knowledge of Photoshop is required. The site must be ready within 7 days.
