Chemistry challenge - Life Grand Challenge — DNA & RNA Sequencing of a Single Cancer Cell
The goal of this Life Grand Challenge, sponsored by Life Technologies, is to improve the capabilities of the Next Generation Sequencing technology to reach the ability to monitor the genome and transcriptome derived from a single human cancer cell. This is a Reduction-to-Practice Challenge that requires a written proposal and experimental proof-of-concept data.
