Hello. I had been working with a "friend of a friend" to create a website as a favor that that allows people interested in the martial arts to pay a monthly subscription fee to have access to a library of martial arts instructional videos, with more videos being added by me on a regular basis. The key elements are: 1. Someone can visit the site and see video samples. 2. They can have a free 30 minute trial membership and see more videos, but then must not be allowed to do that again. 3. They can sign up to pay for the monthly subscription that gives them access to the videos, with the complication that I want their payments to go into one merchant account if they are based in Australia or New Zealand, and another account if they are based anywhere else in the world. 4. I need to be able to easily upload and categorize videos and the text descriptions. 5. I need to be able to easily manage people's subscriptions so I can issue credits if needed, be notified if someone's credit card has been declined and move that person's site access, etc. So I am not looking just to manage the video content, but also manage the customer payment, passwords, etc. The person I was working with did create the site and it was nearly done, but now they have stopped responding to my communications so I am unable to do further work on the site. There were several issues that needed be fixed, not least of which was the payment system at signup was never working properly. If you think you might be able to recreate the website, or perhaps somehow take control of the existing website and complete the work, I am interested in hearing from you and hearing your bid, seeing samples of other similar websites you have created or maintain, etc. The website is / and you will see that is is mostly done. Keep in mind I am not hearing back from the person who created this, so if we can make use of this website (and the back end admin section), we will need to be able to do that without the aid of the person who created it, and I fear some of this is custom programming. Once the site is launched and functional, I would like to have an hourly fee arrangement for subsequent work on the site into the future. There will likely be other new projects into the future, so I would like to build a relationship. Please note the price range I have quoted is if the site needs to be created again entirely.
