Subject of the work Design a PPT to illustrate an exemple of a real office workflow. Note: 1) this PPT to design is a subpart of a training material. 2) the slide is to be written in french. However for the understanding, each sentences or words are translated in english. 3) Each slide is already designed by hand (see the attached PDF file). 4) I would like that you use the same layout than the file layout_example.ppt 5) I recommend to print (or to see it on screen) my handmade slides because it use several color which have a special meaning. 6) Deadline : Tuesday 28th april. PPT Design orientation: The design will use capabilities of PPT 2010. Use only drawing or illustration not photo for figures.. A consistent style of drawing / illustration is required. The traing will be delivered in a class of 30/40 seats. Delivrable A PPT file designed with PowerPoint 2010 (not a previous version) In details 1) I have used the following color convention on PPT : - grey and red : what to to have to be written on the slide or to drawn - green : instruction or explanation, it gives additional information in the context of a slide. They have not appear on slide, except word , symvols or sentences who have to be written in green (it is precised when it comes) - blue : Translation in english of words/sentences to be written on PPT, for your undertanding only. 2) The stakeholder of the process are : comitee member, secretary , clerck.
