We are looking to have an excel based spreadsheet for the purpose of Asset Management. Components of this program would be able to show clients multiple senarios for repayment of current mortgages, debts, and other financial obligations with the ability to add lump sum values to accelerate repayment. Also we need to be able to show the growth of investments based on fixed ROR. Additionally we need to be able to show their future financial goals & determine the monthly investment requipments to achieve these goals based on investment ROI. Strong Excel skills & the ability to make the spreadsheet easy to use & understand will be mandatory to complete this task. Additionally we are looking for input to enhance the final project.
