You will need to create the database and install WordPress using security measures such as renaming the tables using different prefixes and additional plugins to ensure the WordPress website cannot be hacked. You will need to develop the WordPress theme FROM SCRATCH (as attached) - you can use plugins. The theme MUST be SEO friendly. HOME PAGE - The newsletter signup (widget). - The top image is a slider (rotates). We want to be able to put as many images as we want and each image links to a page. Each image will have text on top of it as per the example, and we want to be able to apply SEO to the images/text (if possible). - Heading, Image and Text is on the Home Page. - Upcoming Events (using an events manager plugin on a page, and displaying on the home page in a widget) - Latest from the Blog (widget). - Social Networking buttons (widget). - Photo Gallery (showing the last 2 photos from the photo gallery page, and the photo gallery page used the Flickr plugin). - YouTube Videos (widget). - Partners and Sponsors (widget).
