What I already have versus what the provider will deliver: I have the details of all the loans that a user might need. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: The program will be put on a website, likely on Weebly, so the program should likely be in HTML. Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: Programming. A slight knowledge in loans and mortgages would give an advantage.
