Wanted We are looking for skilled appointment setters to book appointrments for our network of financial advisors. Experience is a huge plus,those that can achieve the targets set will have ongoing work. The Role You will be cold calling (expensive) pension data provided by us and making efforts to book appointments with pension holders to meet with Independent financial advisors to undergo a review of the pension they have. A huge benefit is the fact that the review is FREE of charge, the client will not have to pay a penny from their own pocket. The advisor will be looking at ways of increasing the growth of their pension at no cost to the client. In many cases it is simply a 'no-brainer' for the client to take the appointment. They will have to meet certain criteria which makes it worthwhile for them, and the advisor to take the time to sit a meeting. All appointments will have to pass in-house qualifictaion to ensure they meet this criteria. We believe in paying an extremley fair price for a fair job. We pay on sat appointments that meet criteria. In effect we pay for appointments that pass qualification and the meeting must actually happen. We will provide scripts which work extremley well, you will provide a consultative, personable and hard working approach. Pay The payment structure is high, and allows you to be flexible with your time. Please take the below listed structure as that which we offer, not the £50 - £500 budget. If you do well, this will continue far above and beyond a £500 payday. We pay £50 per completed appointment. The average for a 30 hr week is 8 completed appointments (£400). Those with high ability levels achieve 12 to 15 completed appointments (£600 to £750) in the same period.
