Hello, I need my Resume updated and a cover letter created for a job at the local library. I just recently graduated from University with a degree in English (mainly focusing on literature). Since I have been in school for the last few years there are large gaps in my employment. Most of my jobs have been clerical/administrative. However, this job seems to focus on customer service so I need my resume and cover letter to highlight that area.
