I am looking for someone that can create a mobile web app that is adapted for WEB, iOS, Android, and Desktop (possibly). It should be a fairly simple straightforward app on all platforms but I will need a backend database that will allow for synchronization across all platforms. I am creating a quick and simple app that will be easy to update and that will be accessible from anywhere. Although I will probably require more in depth work as time goes on (and the project hopefully grows), I think the base app should be extremely basic. So at this time I am looking first for a qualified and willing partner that I will be able to afford. And then I am also looking for someone with some experience that may be able to offer ideas/advice on options moving forward. If you could give me a "ballpark" for a job with the above description then I can st down and discuss with you all of the finer details.
