USTOC Sports is an event promotions company based in Bloomington, Indiana; however, we promote events in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. During 2012, we are looking to expand our promotions to Illinois and Michigan as well. We are looking for a Tournament Recruiter, who would be responsible to recruit competitive youth travel baseball teams to our 2012 events. In addition, the person would have the opportunity to work the event weekends as an on-site Tournament Director. This person would be paid by number of paid teams confirmed in an event -- a fee for each team confirmed and recruited by the Tournament Recruiter. In addition, if the person would work the weekend events, they would be paid a flat fee for the weekend work, including paid hotel room and meal allowance. Job description: We are looking for talented Sales associate who can generate revenue to support our business.
