Multilingual 24/7 Telephone Answering Service
OVERVIEW: We are an app development company that is seeking a 24/7 customer support answering service. The primary candidate should be fluent in the English language but also be able to handle multilingual support since the app will be on the Apple iTunes service and will be distributed globally. JOB DESCRIPTION: This customer support answering service will need to provide 24/7 answering service with our company name and greeting. The answering service will not be providing a help desk, but instead must be able to take detailed information from a caller on a predefined customer intake form and inform the caller that a member of our company will be in touch with them in 24 hours. The information taken from the caller will be primarily basic contact information and their email address for response from our associates. The potential candidate should have the ability to accept new customer intake forms as the need arises from our company's expansion of app development. This service WILL NOT be providing any advice to the caller, but simply taking information to be added to a client database that can be forwarded to our business. COMPENSATION: Our company is seeking bids on the above service based on a 24/7 arrangement. We will accept all bids on this service but prefer services that have been established and able to provide references. Most importantly, this service must be able to primarily accept and be fluent in English callers, but also must be able to handle multilingual callers as well.
