Job Description Phone operators to make “welcome” follow up calls to our customers. You would be required to call up customers who already have opened accounts with us to ask them if they have any questions and to mention one of our current promotions. You do not need to make sales, although if you have a previous telesales experience, it is an advantage. Must have: Excellent English skills, previous experience in outbound calls or telesales, good phone manner, skype account, earphones, home computer, stable Internet connection. If one of the following is your native language, it’s a big advantage: Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Indonesian (Bahasa), Hindi, Malaysian, Urdu, Arabic, or any European language.
