Outbound Sales Calls and Appointment Setting
Job Description I am a sales rep with a Home Security Company in the Southeastern United States looking for a provider to make outbound sales calls 10am-5pm, Saturdays and 9am-8pm, Mondays thru Wednesday (All times are Eastern Standard Time, US) from a list of about 300 to 700 leads that I will provide each week. Also, from the calls, the selected provider must place the qualified appointments with details on my web-based calendar that you can then notify me and that will allow you to email notify me of the calendar update. Providers with multiple non-contracted employees will get first consideration. The provider that I select MUST do a few things; 1. Follow my dial system process and call script that I will provide because of United States Federal Do-Not-Call regulations and my companys policies. 2. Speak Excellent English 3. Start calling the list within 2 hours after receiving it, which will be before 12 noon (Eastern Standard Time, United States) on Friday of that week. 4. Give me an update on progress through the list and call results every 8 hours. 5. DO NOT use a robo-caller to complete the calls Please rephrase your understanding of the task before posting your quote. . .
