Seeking CRM Platform for Book Keeping & Financial Services Business Venture
Job Description Scope of Project: Our Client is seeking an online CRM Platform that can support and help him scale up his new business venture which is primarily providing Book keeping and Financial services to his clients. (This is not a development project, We want some one who can recommend a system already available and can help us implement system (e.g. InfusionSoft, Base camp, SalesForce, CentralDesktop, shoppingcart etc) Clients Requirements: In Order to make his business model scalable, he would like a system that will: 1. Help him Track his clients, Total Sales, Account receivables, Money owed, etc. 2. Allow him to Promote his services through SEO / SMM and Email / news letter marketing Techniques to bring in more business 3. Allow all the stake holders to interact and collaborate with each other in transparent manner where services are delivered to the clients consistently, and nothing drops through cracks in the operating model and it is easier to bring up Reports / Results / Books for each of the client when required. 4. Help him track progress on each account / Clients work so that realistic deadlines can be added. Stake Holders Involved The Main stake holders involved are 1. Clients for whom his team will be keeping books 2. Client and His Partner who will have oversight of the business and will be responsible for delivering Results / Reports / Books to your clients 3. his developing Team in India which will consist of multiple people who would be performing book keeping of multiple clients therefore, some kind of transparent mechanism will be required to monitor and track their progress on different projects as well as be able to get live updates on each individual clients books. 4. His CPAs in USA who will be visiting the clients to assess their requirements and see if the books are being kept according to regulations. Their job will be to co ordinate both with the clients as well as the book keeping team to ensure requirements are delivered. 5. Virtual Assistant(s) / Customer support, to communicate with Team and clients simultaneously to communicate updates on projects and ensuring clients are being serviced properly. They may also be delegated responsibility of documenting operations manual / training documents that will help train teams and scale up. Our Expectations You would be required to do the following: 1. Recommend a system (by performing research on systems available such as basecamp, Salesforce, Central Desktop or any other applicable etc) that will help us achieve the Goal as stated in the Scope of the project and bring all stakeholders / collaborators on one platform. 2. Assist us / Client in integration of his business with the potential solution / CRM system and make transition to the new system in order to make his new venture scalable. 3. Analyze Client's business model and operations and help us / clients draft training manuals / guides / Operational Manual that will help Client train his resources and thus scale up as the business grows. We are looking for a proposal with plan and pricing on what would be submitted? What time frame will constitute the project and all details relevant .
