Chemistry challenge - Removing Surfactants & Emulsions From Fuel
Rapid recovery of fuel contaminated by environmental material, water or fire fighting surfactants is key to ensuring the availability of field vehicles in crisis situations. Specifically, the Seeker requires proposals describing technologies that are suitable for purification of hydrocarbon fuels from surfactants and surfactant/water/fuel emulsions. Fractionation or distillation is not an option. This Challenge requires only a written proposal. You can earn up to $2,000 USD for referring the winner of this Challenge
