Files-based Website redesign (HTML5/CSS/SQL/RSS)

You will be bidding to lead your team to redesign and reimage the existing website at www.pptclasses.com, which must include the following: -Minimum required capabilities *Intuitive and eye appealing Web 2.0 liquid design format with more reliance on graphs (less text) *MySQL database driven file upload, storage and retrieval system. Higher ratings given to design teams who do not use CMS/Joomla/Wordpress. *Primarily HTML5 format with heavy reliance on CSS/XTML. *Minimal Flash/ASP/NET/PHP interface. Java/PERL/CGI okay *Use of current color scheme and themed graphics and images *Files held until approval by admin feature *Feedburner-friendly RSS feed that would list newly added files *Integrate with existing LockedArea user management system (http://locked-area.com/) *SEO optimized *Adsense optimized *Continued connections to existing Social Media plaforms (Facebook/Twitter) and Newsgroup subscription Winning bidder must migrate and optimize current data and content and we must have full access to all code which will reside on our resources. Code must be open source and fully editable by us, and we must be granted full ownership rights. -Preferred, but optional *Companion iPhone app that will indicate when a new file has been uploaded and approved *User files rating system stars/thumbs up *Team members comfortable using CPanel environment Bidders will offer a 2-pages mock-up in either PSP/JPG or HTML format and upload to Project4hire restricted PM. The two pages must include visual model of proposed homepage and one of the internal file download pages.
