Job Description Job Description: Our client is seeking a Tech Writer who is responsible for planning, developing, organizing, writing and editing operational, software, maintenance, test procedures and/ or manuals. Main Duties: May research, develop, and document technical design specifications, flowcharts, and test scripts May participate in the user interface design May produce electronic documentation such as CDs and online user help tools May acquire and organize source material, including applicable specifications and technical write-ups Qualifications: Excellent communication Strong attention to Details Familiar with Excel, Access, SAP Ability to understand technical processes quickly Can identify gaps in process flows when learning about the process. 4-year degree or related field or equivalent experience 6+ years experience in technical writing In-depth knowledge of technical writing in a systems environment Excellent ability to write in explanatory, procedural and creative styles and for multiple audiences Very strong oral and written communication skills required Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects Keywords: Other - Writing & Translation, sap, test, editing, producer, writing, technical, flowchart, research, electronic, design
